Internal Auditor

• Qualification: CA
• Experience: 6-7 years’ experience of performing internal audits in healthcare industry, including hospitals
• Skills required: Analytical, Project Management, Team building, Communication & Presentation

Key Responsibility:

• Prepare risk based annual audit plan covering all critical areas of operations.
• Timely execution of audit plan in coordination with various process owners.
• Prepare audit reports incorporating the confirmed action plans, and present it to senior management.
• Support in finalizing the audit areas assigned to external internal auditors and provide required guidance in execution.
• Track implementation status of action plans aligned with the process owners and ensure 100% compliance.
• Ensure implementation of actions pertaining to one location to all other similar locations.
• Perform controls testing and any other assignments based on management’s instructions.
• Participate in the new projects and process improvement initiatives, to ensure successful completion within the given time.
• Generate savings through implementation of recommendations.
• Review existing SOPs and systems to recommend best practises for strengthening the controls.
