<ul><li>Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients in the ICU.</li><li>Monitor and manage acute conditions such as sepsis, organ failure, respiratory distress, and trauma.</li><li>Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures like intubation, central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, and dialysis.</li><li>Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the ICU and other hospital areas.</li><li>Lead resuscitation efforts during cardiac arrests or other life-threatening situations.</li><li>Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation and advanced life-support systems.</li><li>Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, cardiologists, and other specialists for coordinated patient care.</li><li>Participate in daily ICU rounds to discuss and review patient conditions and treatment plans.</li><li>Collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers to implement care protocols.</li></ul>
