Description
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in ICU (Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, or Neuro ICU).
- Perform and supervise advanced life support procedures including ventilator management, intubation, central line insertion, and arterial line placement.
- Monitor patient vitals, lab results, and imaging to adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Handle emergency situations such as cardiac arrest, sepsis, trauma, and multi-organ failure.
- Guide and supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and ICU quality standards.
- Communicate patient condition and treatment plans to families effectively.
- 1year to 2 year experience or Freshers also can be taken who have done DNB/MD internal medicine/ Anesthesia.
- Budget- 2.5 Lakh monthly
