<ol><li data-list="bullet">Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.</li><li data-list="bullet">Assess, diagnose, and manage life-threatening conditions and organ failures.</li><li data-list="bullet">Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary ICU teams including nurses and specialists.</li><li data-list="bullet">Perform and supervise critical care procedures (intubation, central lines, ventilator management).</li><li data-list="bullet">Develop, implement, and review patient treatment plans and care protocols.</li><li data-list="bullet">Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to emergencies.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, patient safety, and infection control standards.</li><li data-list="bullet">Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding prognosis and care plans.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.</li><li data-list="bullet">Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and medical education/training.</li></ol>
