Description
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and calibration of instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and data acquisition devices.
- Ensure that instrumentation systems meet performance requirements and comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the reliability and availability of instrumentation systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support instrumentation requirements for new projects, upgrades, and expansions.
- Participate in project planning, design reviews, and procurement activities related to instrumentation equipment and components.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to procure instrumentation supplies, equipment, and services as needed.
- Perform calibration and testing of instrumentation devices to verify accuracy, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
- Develop calibration procedures, standards, and protocols to ensure consistent and traceable calibration processes.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
