- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
- Achieve production targets with optimal use of manpower and materials.
- Monitor in-process quality parameters and report deviations.
- Maintain batch records, logs, and production documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues.
