Essential Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma
  • Prior experience with Sales, business development or counseling
  • Prior experience selling Educational Visas, Holiday Packages, Training Programs, Educational Packages, Cosmetic Surgery or Medical Procedures, Spa or Salon Services, Health Packages, IT SaaS, etc. preferred, but not mandatory
  • Prior experience with tele sales and tele counseling preferred, but not mandatory

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call and Message incoming leads generated through search inquiries, social media, paid ads, past patient referrals, etc.
  • Explain the details of cosmetic surgery procedures that the leads are interested in
  • Understand and solve the queries of incoming leads
  • Update the details of each incoming lead in the CRM system and input detailed notes after every interaction with the lead
  • Receive photographs of the leads and Provide quotation of the procedures in discussion with the surgical team
  • Convert the leads into opportunities, prospects and confirmed patients through regular follow ups, doubts resolution, sales skills, etc.
  • Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.
  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
  • Suggest new methods to address customer’s needs.
  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products and services in order to increase sales.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proven work experience in handling sales, business development or counseling for an organization.
  • Prior experience selling Educational Visas, Holiday Packages, Training Programs, Educational Packages, Cosmetic Surgery or Medical Procedures, Spa or Salon Services, Health Packages, IT SaaS, etc. preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong sales skills, convincing skills, communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Solid background in customer acquisition strategies.
  • Target oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
