Description

Machine Operation: Operate and monitor injection filling machines to ensure the accurate and efficient filling of products according to specified parameters and production schedules.
Setup and Calibration: Set up and calibrate injection filling equipment, including adjusting settings, changing molds, and conducting routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on filled products, inspecting for defects, and ensuring that they meet established quality standards and specifications.
Material Handling: Manage the handling and storage of raw materials, including the loading of materials into the injection filling machines and maintaining an organized and clean work area.
Troubleshooting: Identify and address equipment malfunctions or deviations from production standards promptly, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, machine settings, and any adjustments made during the production process.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment, and participating in safety training programs.
Communication: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel to communicate any issues, share relevant information, and contribute to a cohesive and productive work environment.
