Description

Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services, ensuring reliability, availability, and security.
Install, configure, and administer hardware, software, and operating systems to support business operations and technology requirements.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot computer networks, including LANs, WANs, VPNs, and wireless networks, to ensure connectivity and optimal performance.
Monitor network traffic, analyze network performance metrics, and implement network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Administer and support server systems, including Windows Server, Linux, or Unix-based systems, performing tasks such as user management, file system management, and software updates.
Configure and manage virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V, for server consolidation, resource optimization, and disaster recovery.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, responding to IT service requests, resolving issues, and guiding users on the use of hardware, software, and applications.
Document and track support tickets, resolutions, and system changes using IT service management (ITSM) tools to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
