Description

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and providing guidance on IT-related inquiries.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring compatibility, functionality, and security of IT systems and equipment.
Manage and administer network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of the network.
Monitor system performance, analyze network traffic, and identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliability of IT services.
Implement and maintain security measures, including antivirus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems, to protect against cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular backups of data, maintain disaster recovery plans, and implement data protection measures to ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
