  2. Qualification: BSc
  3. Location: Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS) - Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh

Job Description

  1. Implement and monitor Hospital Infection Control Program.
  2. Conduct HAI surveillance (CAUTI, CLABSI, SSI, VAP, etc.).
  3. Ensure adherence to hand hygiene & PPE protocols.
  4. Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and CSSD practices.
  5. Supervise biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
  6. Conduct infection control audits & rounds.
  7. Train healthcare staff on infection prevention guidelines.
  8. Investigate infection outbreaks and prepare root cause analysis.
  9. Maintain infection control documentation as per NABH/JCI.
  10. Coordinate with microbiology, nursing, OT, ICU, and housekeeping.
  11. Assist Infection Control Officer & Committee meetings.
