<ul><li>Infection Control Officer is responsible for infection control free in all Operation Theatres, MICU, SICU, NICU and ICCU.</li><li>Should ensure CSSD Unit is processing the OT instruments, Lenin etc., as per NABH Protocols and maintenance of CSSD records.</li><li>Should collect the Swab samples from MICU, SICU, NICU, ICCU, OTs and CSSD as per NABH protocol and send the same to Microbiology Department.</li><li>Should ensure to collect swab sample reports and take appropriate action for prevention of infections to the patients and staff.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of infection control activities and outcomes.</li><li>Provide guidance on sterilization, disinfection, and waste management.</li><li>Promote awareness and training programs on infection prevention strategies.</li></ul>
