Job Description

  1. Lead ICU nursing & support team during shifts.
  2. Supervise critical care patient management.
  3. Ensure ventilator, infusion & monitoring devices are correctly used.
  4. Coordinate with consultants, doctors & allied staff.
  5. Train & mentor junior nurses & new ICU staff.
  6. Maintain accurate ICU documentation & patient records.
  7. Implement infection control, safety & hospital protocols.
  8. Handle emergency situations & Code Blue calls efficiently.
  9. Support quality audits & patient care improvement initiatives.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding care plans.
