<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).</li><li>Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administering medications and interventions as needed.</li><li>Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and implement comprehensive patient care plans.</li><li>Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and adjustments to treatment plans.</li><li>Respond to medical emergencies within the ICU, including cardiac arrests and respiratory distress.</li><li>Implement advanced life support measures and coordinate with the rapid response team.</li></ul>
