ICU Resident Medical Officer

Patient Care:

• Conduct initial patient assessments, gather medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
• Provide routine and emergency medical care to patients under the guidance of senior medical staff.

Medical Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.

Assistance in Procedures:

• Assist in medical procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries as directed by senior medical professionals.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.

Emergency Response:

• Participate in on-call duties and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
• Administer emergency care and stabilize patients before transferring to appropriate departments.

Collaboration with Medical Teams:

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate effectively with consultants and specialists for consultations.

Medication Management:

• Prescribe medications as per established protocols and under the supervision of senior doctors.
• Monitor and adjust medication regimens based on patient response.
