<ul><li>Continuously monitor critically ill patients for changes in condition.</li><li>Assess patient vitals, interpret diagnostic results, and escalate abnormalities to the ICU Intensivist.</li><li>Ensure timely administration of medications, fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.</li><li>Respond promptly to acute medical emergencies in the ICU.</li><li>Assist in resuscitation efforts, including CPR and advanced cardiac life support.</li><li>Manage airway emergencies, initiate ventilatory support, and assist in invasive procedures.</li><li>Perform routine ICU procedures such as venous cannulation, arterial blood gas sampling, and catheterization.</li><li>Assist in or independently perform emergency procedures like intubation, central line insertion, and lumbar puncture under supervision.</li></ul>
