<ul><li>Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.</li><li>Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and complex medical conditions in collaboration with consultants.</li><li>Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation.</li><li>Prescribe and manage medications, IV fluids, and other therapies according to ICU protocols.</li><li>Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and clinical progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly.</li><li>Supervise and guide junior doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare staff in patient care activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including progress notes and treatment plans.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding prognosis, care plans, and updates.</li><li>Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.</li></ul>
