<ul><li>Perform initial and ongoing assessments of critically ill patients, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, laboratory reports, imaging results, and response to treatment.</li><li>Develop and implement patient management plans in collaboration with the ICU team.</li><li>Perform and assist in resuscitation and advanced life support procedures (ACLS, BLS).</li><li>Manage ventilated patients and monitor mechanical ventilation settings.</li><li>Perform procedures such as central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, intubation, and lumbar puncture as required.</li><li>Work closely with intensivists, anesthetists, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure integrated patient care.</li><li>Communicate with families regarding patient conditions, prognosis, and treatment plans.</li><li>Coordinate transfers of critically ill patients to and from the ICU.</li></ul>
