<ul><li>Conduct initial and ongoing assessment of critically ill patients.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and hemodynamic parameters.</li><li>Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic investigations.</li><li>Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and advanced life support measures.</li><li>Perform endotracheal intubation, central line insertion, and arterial line placement</li><li>Assist in the management of cardiac arrests, sepsis, multi-organ failure, and trauma cases.</li><li>Administer IV fluids, blood products, and vasoactive medications as required.</li><li>Work closely with ICU consultants, anesthetists, surgeons, and other specialists.</li><li>Communicate patient progress with nurses, physiotherapists, dietitians, and infection control teams.</li></ul>
