<ol><li data-list="bullet">Provide round-the-clock medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.</li><li data-list="bullet">Perform initial assessment, daily rounds, and ongoing monitoring of ICU patients.</li><li data-list="bullet">Assist consultants in managing ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients.</li><li data-list="bullet">Interpret ABGs, labs, imaging, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.</li><li data-list="bullet">Perform and assist in ICU procedures such as intubation, central line, arterial line, and resuscitation.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with nursing staff, technicians, and other departments for patient care.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.</li><li data-list="bullet">Respond to medical emergencies and code blue situations promptly.</li></ol>
