Description

Lead and supervise the ICU nursing team, including nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare staff.
Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for patient care, including scheduling, recruitment, and training of new staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and effective communication.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to nursing staff to support their professional growth.
Address staff concerns, provide conflict resolution, and manage disciplinary actions in accordance with hospital policies.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring the management of complex cases and acute conditions.
