Job Description
- Monitor critically ill patients’ vital signs, neurological status, and overall condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
- Assist in life-saving procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation under supervision.
- Maintain ventilators, monitors, and other ICU equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Document patient care, observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
- Implement infection control measures, aseptic techniques, and safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
