<ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.</li><li>Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, ventilator settings, and hemodynamic parameters.</li><li>Administer IV medications, infusions, and emergency drugs as prescribed.</li><li>Assist doctors during critical procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation.</li><li>Operate and maintain ICU equipment including ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, and defibrillators.</li><li>Maintain accurate nursing records, treatment charts, and shift handover reports.</li><li>Observe and promptly report any changes in patients’ condition to physicians.</li><li>Follow infection control protocols and maintain strict aseptic practices in ICU.</li></ul>
