Description

Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor critically ill patients' vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and neurological status, using advanced medical equipment.
Administration of Medications: Administer prescribed medications, intravenous fluids, and therapies as ordered by physicians, ensuring proper dosage and monitoring for side effects or adverse reactions.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists, to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, performing advanced life support techniques (e.g., CPR, defibrillation) and initiating necessary interventions to stabilize patients.
Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions, documenting changes in status and communicating findings to the healthcare team to facilitate timely decision-making.
Family Support & Education: Provide emotional support and education to patients' families regarding their loved ones' conditions, treatment options, and care processes, helping them navigate the healthcare system.
Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a sterile environment to minimize the risk of hospital-acquired infections in critically ill patients.
