Job Description

  1. Lead and manage all ICU operations, ensuring high-quality critical care.
  2. Supervise ICU staff, including nurses, residents, and allied health professionals.
  3. Develop, implement, and update ICU protocols and standard operating procedures.
  4. Oversee patient care, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical interventions.
