Description

Installation of HVAC Systems: Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant problems, using specialized tools and equipment.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and longevity, including cleaning filters, coils, and ducts.
System Upgrades & Modifications: Recommend and implement system upgrades or modifications to improve energy efficiency and comply with current regulations and standards.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and local building codes, and maintain compliance with environmental regulations regarding refrigerants and emissions.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about system issues, maintenance needs, and energy-saving recommendations.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory of parts used, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with other technicians and tradespeople, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
