Description

Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
System Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues, defects, or potential improvements. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems. Troubleshoot issues related to heating or cooling equipment, electrical components, and control systems.
Refrigerant Handling: Handle and manage refrigerants in accordance with environmental regulations. Perform refrigerant recovery, recycling, and recharging tasks as necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities. Document equipment specifications, repairs, and parts used. Provide detailed reports to customers or supervisors.
Customer Service: Interact with clients to understand their HVAC needs, address concerns, and provide recommendations for system improvements or upgrades. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Compliance with Codes and Regulations: Ensure that all HVAC work complies with relevant safety codes, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
