Job Summary: The Human Resources Executive in a hospital is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop a skilled and motivated healthcare workforce. They play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with healthcare and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Management:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the hospital's mission, vision, and goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive HR-related decisions and support organizational growth.
    Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and healthcare networks to source top talent.
    Employee Relations:
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
    Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage the hospital's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages to attract and retain healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to stay competitive.
