Description

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of HR databases and files.

  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, and escalate issues as needed to HR management.

  • Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and HR policy updates.
