Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job boards.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Hiring front-end operators through various channels like referrals, Quirk, and Indeed.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Handling HR Generalist activities.
  • Employee Engagement and grievance handling.
  • Looking after employee relations and performance management.
  • Attendance Management of Employees.
  • HR counseling for non-performers in the Organisation.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
