Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, referrals.
• Involve in the onboarding process.
• Network through industry contacts, associations, social media platforms
• Maintain records
• Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-up till the candidate joins.
• Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
• Coordination with the candidates and Management Team.
