Job Description:

1. Scheduling interview by searching candidates from portals & internal databases.
2. Give Placement to the applicant by communicating with our clients.
3. Handle end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions.
4. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
5. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
6. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
7. Maintain and update recruitment trackers regularly.
