HR Manager

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a background in hospital operations to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should be well-versed in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, Grievance handling and HR policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Handling employee benefits, deductions, and contributions.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee payroll data.
  Managing and processing payroll for employees accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• MBA / Graduate / Postgraduate in HR preferred.
• Prior experience in hospital/healthcare HR is a must.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to handle HR operations independently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
