Description
- Develop recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates for job openings, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate selection processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs, identify talent gaps, and develop job descriptions and specifications for new positions within the organization.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events to promote a positive work culture, enhance morale, and improve employee satisfaction and retention.
