Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay and benefits for employees.
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to support organizational development and employee engagement.
