Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay and benefits for employees.
