Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning to support employee growth and development.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, promote career advancement, and support succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEO, and OSHA, by staying informed of changes in legislation and implementing necessary updates to HR policies and practices.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and HRIS data, in compliance with confidentiality and privacy requirements.
  • Partner with senior management to identify HR needs, address organizational challenges, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related matters, including coaching, counseling, and training to promote effective people management practices.
  • Monitor HR metrics and workforce analytics to assess HR program effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management to support organizational goals and objectives.
