5. Assist in implementation of HR policies, procedures and company guidelines.
6. Support performance appraisal and training & development activities.
7. Handle employee queries, grievances and engagement initiatives.
8. Prepare HR reports, MIS and maintain HR databases.
9. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
10. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices.
