Description

  • Recording and analyzing all HR indicators.
  • Recruitment of candidate within 30 days from the date of resignation or when absconding.
  • Maintaining JD & KRA for all the positions, and making sure the changes are made when promoted, change in profile etc.
  • Maintaining details of resignation, replacements and recruitment along with cost.
  • Updating comprehensive recruitment and interview tracker.
  • Settling employee grievance within the time frame and update the same in the register
  • Manpower planning - Identifying manpower requirement as per company requirement.
  • HR budget: Analyze and forecasting the future man power requirements,
  • Sourcing candidates as per the available job postings on priority basis.
  • Manage walk-in candidates effectively.
  • Closely work on the resignations, additional and budgeted manpower (Have to finalize replacement within 30 days of the employee resigns)
  • Thorough screening applications and then meeting quality candidates if required only.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up with HOD's accordingly.
  • Regular follow-up with offered candidates and make sure they join or if found any lack of commitment to join the same has to be noted and replaced ASAP.
  • Updating and formulating JD & KRA for new designations and updating employee files periodically.
  • Comprehensive employee reference check for all new joiners and documenting the same.
  • Issuing letter of intent for offered employees.
  • Identifying and meeting colleges for campus recruitment and attending job fair.
  • Communicate basic HR policy regarding working and joining for offered candidates and new joiners.
  • Facilitating deputation of employees to different centers and tracking the absence in the department level and recruitment tracker if required.
  • Ensure departmental quality standards are maintained as per the department manual.
  • To take part in succession planning and updating the department structure.
  • Updating and tracking recruitment tracker and meet as and when required.
  • Formulate department hierarchy for all the departments and update periodically whenever there is change in the designations in the department or during additional requests.
  • Periodically updating the payroll team and documentation team about status of additions and any other manpower related tracker.
  • Facilitate for department reports and requirements related to manpower whenever required.
  • Collecting all necessary documents periodically to maintain all HR indicators.
  • Overseeing quality related to NABH process.
  • Maintain, update and analyze all HR quality indicators.
  • Present all reports of indictors during monthly HR meeting.
  • Periodical health check up for all employees.
  • Issue of warning letters, show cause notices to the employees.
