Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personal files accurately.
- Coordinate induction, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
