Description

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for various roles by posting job openings on job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates about interview outcomes.
  • Support in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other hiring documentation.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome kits, explaining company policies, and introducing them to the team.
  • Ensure new employees complete all required documentation and enroll in benefits programs.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company culture, policies, and expectations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees' queries regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
  • Provide support in resolving employee conflicts or concerns and escalate matters to senior HR managers when necessary.
