Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Conduct initial rounds of interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage the HR database and ensure all employee details are up-to-date.
- Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, tax deductions, and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, provident fund, and other perks, ensuring proper documentation and updates.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Support the resolution of employee concerns and grievances in accordance with company policies.
- Promote a positive work culture by assisting in the organization of employee engagement activities, events, and team-building exercises.
