Description
- We are looking for a full time HR Executive who can handle all HR work like joining formalities, exit formalities, personal file preparation and maintaining, Attendance Management, Induction, Training, candidates screening, full and final settlement, PF & Esic experience.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee issues promptly and fairly.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
