Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Address employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and professional manner, in collaboration with HR managers and other stakeholders.
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and performance feedback sessions.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring employee performance, providing reports and analysis to HR managers and department heads as needed.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and tracking attendance and participation.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources, and support the delivery of training sessions as needed.
