Description

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open positions. Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment life cycle.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Conduct orientation programs to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by addressing queries, concerns, and conflicts. Foster a positive work environment and assist in resolving interpersonal issues. Act as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions. Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and support employee development.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Monitor employee development and recommend relevant learning opportunities.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Update and communicate HR policies to employees. Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Provide information to employees about available benefits and assist with inquiries.
  • HR Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records. Generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement. Use data insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
