Job Description:
- Understanding manpower requisition; sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
- Source and recruit candidates by using innovative mediums including job postings.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
- Conducting background verification of candidates.
- Conducting employee on-boarding.
- Managing joining formalities- rolling out appointment letter, salary a/c opening, ESIC/ UAN number generation, health check up, ID card, sim card, visiting card, etc.
- Preparing new employee files, collecting documents from new staff.
- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Providing Induction Training to new joiners.
- Keeping a track of attendance of employees; Leaves and Attendance Management.
- Attending to employees’ grievances and complaints and escalating to seniors if necessary.
- Performing employee exit formalities covering of No Dues Clearance, Full & Final Settlement and issuing Relieving /Experience Certificate, etc.
