Description

  •  Implement Human resources programs by providing human resources services, including Recruitment and Selection, Performance Appraisal, Health and welfare benefits, Training and development, records management.
  • Handle recruitment, selection, orientation processes & employment specifications processing ensuring effective assimilation of new employees.
  • Processing statutory formalities and Monitoring like Labour laws, PF, ESI, PT Calculations, remittances, filings etc.
  • Initiating confirmation cases and taking care of performance appraisal process & procedure.
  • Issuing Confirmation, Promotions, Increment Letters and handling exit formalities like no dues clearance, smooth handover, Exit Interview and Settlements coordination with accounts department regarding settling the dues of the employees..
  • Handle manpower planning, headcount management, Org. structure management.
  • Document verification, reference check & Personal file management.
  • Employee Engagement initiatives like boosting employee morale, improving retention, streamlining policies & procedures etc.
  • Coordinating about the needs of the staff members & issue concerns and maintain discipline in the company.
  • Promoting ICBio's clinical research services, Bio-availability/Bio-equivalence studies, Clinical trials and Dermatology trials to pharmaceutical companies.
  • To identify potential clients for targeted business development activities, Generating leads through different sources such as internet, trade exhibition, and professional network websites. Identifying and prioritizing warm prospective clients from a pool of generated leads from various sources.
  • Understanding the needs of clients, conduct client meetings and follow up with potential clients to customized their business proposals.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships; work closely with Management and team members to define business development and marketing strategy.
  • Negotiations with clients regarding business processes, Proposals, Confidentiality agreement and Master Service Agreement and arrange for execution from the client.
  • Representing ICBio CRO in international and national conferences and demonstrating its services to prospective clients in person. clinical trials
  • Responsible for payment collection and follow ups with clients as per the agreed milestones, and maintain the accounts for the same on project to project basis.
  • Effective execution of all the marketing activities planned in co-ordination with the team.
