• Should be experienced in sourcing profiles. Recruitment by using Naukri and other job portals.
• Should be experienced in Onboarding and Induction.
• Should be experienced in Employee Engagement.
• Should be experienced in Payroll, PF and ESIC.
• Should be self motivated and aspiring. Strong in Payroll, Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
• Hospital Background Preferred but not mandatory.
