- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries and support in grievance handling.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement, and performance appraisal activities.
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and staff support.
