Description
- Perform High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Develop, validate, and optimize HPLC methods for the analysis of pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy and precision in test results.
- Prepare and calibrate HPLC instruments, ensuring they are functioning correctly and in compliance with relevant standards and protocols.
- Analyze and interpret HPLC data, preparing detailed reports on test results, deviations, and corrective actions, if necessary.
- Ensure that all testing procedures comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Monitor and maintain the HPLC laboratory, ensuring it is stocked with required reagents, consumables, and equipment, and that all equipment is properly calibrated.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with HPLC instrumentation and methods, ensuring timely completion of analyses.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to review test data, identify trends, and participate in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior analysts on HPLC techniques, data analysis, and laboratory safety protocols.
