Description

Assisting with Cleaning Tasks: Support the housekeeping team in cleaning and maintaining assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring high cleanliness standards.
Learning Housekeeping Procedures: Familiarize yourself with standard operating procedures for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various surfaces and areas within the facility.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing housekeeping supplies and inventory, including monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and helping with restocking efforts.
Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report maintenance or repair issues in guest rooms and common areas to the appropriate department to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping in a polite and efficient manner.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in all cleaning tasks, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and following infection control protocols.
Training Participation: Participate in training sessions to learn about best practices in housekeeping, including time management, efficiency, and the use of cleaning equipment and materials.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of guests and management.
